CANCELATION POLICY

  1. Event Registration Cancellations
    1. If you need to cancel your registration for the Kampala Traders Awards event, you must notify us in writing via email at [contact email].
    2. Cancellations received
      • More than 30 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of [percentage or amount].
      • Between 15 to 30 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
      • Less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
    3. Refunds will be processed within [time period] after receiving the cancellation request.
    4. Substitutions of attendees are permitted at no extra cost. If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please contact us at [contact email] no later than [number of days] before the event.
  2. Award Nominations Cancellations
    1. Nominations for the Kampala Traders Awards can be withdrawn at any time before the nomination deadline. To withdraw a nomination, you must contact us at [contact email] with your request.
    2. Withdrawn nominations after the deadline cannot be replaced or refunded.
  3. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers
    1. In the event that the Kampala Traders Awards event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered attendees will be notified via email.
    2. If the event is cancelled:
      Registered attendees will be offered the option to receive a **full refund** or transfer their registration to a future event of the same nature.
    3. If the event is postponed:
      Registered attendees will have their registrations automatically transferred to the rescheduled event date. If the new date is not suitable, a full refund will be offered upon request.
    4. The Kampala Traders Awards will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.
  4. Force Majeure
    The Kamapala Traders Awards will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
